Reading Through The Bible: Number 21
A little different post this morning friends. I just found this poem the Lord gave me a few years ago and I hope it’s a blessing to you! Have a great day!

Love for My Sin or Love for My Saviour
As I open my eyes, to a brand new day
There’s a choice to make so I kneel and I pray
In my prayer I call on a God who’s higher
Than the cares I face or the things I desire
I’m needing Your wisdom My Saviour, I pray
Before I embark on life’s journey today
There are just two choices before me that count
You summed them up well, that day on the mount
Do I serve You today with all of my heart?
Or do I serve myself as though You’ve no part?
In short; will heaven see in my behaviour
That I’m serving sin, or serving my Saviour?
When I boil it down that’s the choice I must make
And that choice will set the direction I take
My choice of course, is to follow Your lead
To reflect Your way in each thought and each deed
But how to perform it, this life that I choose
When I am so prone to disdain and abuse,
The incredible grace You’ve squandered on me?
‘Tis only through Jesus abiding in me!
